Well, I wasn't there. But, I have heard that it went really well. Apparently, both Chris and Erik did so much talking that they are hoarse. I've also heard that there were a ton of positive comments about the game from players and press alike. But, for specifics, I'll leave that to Chris and/or Erik. :)

I don't know about Chris, but for some programmers shouting and cursing are more common than semicolons.

Some QA people shout and curse a lot too. ;)

I would assume that it's a bit more of a common problem with the QA people than the programmers though.

[/quote]Since the programmer's target is generally a computer and the QA person's target is generally a programmer, that seems a safe assumption.

PAX is the Penny Arcade Expo - a big gaming convention organized by the creators of the Penny Arcade webcomic.  They started this after finding themselves unwelcome to have a gathering for their fans at the E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) convention.  At this point, I think PAX has replaced E3 as the premiere gaming convention, with both west and east coast versions of the event.

I posted this in its own thread, but wanted to share it here: http://www.arcengames.com/forums/index.php/topic,10235.0.html

Lots of interviews, AVWW previews, and video footage of us at PAX East.
