Hehehe, "Forget your sins, be a legend" but the game looks too combat focused... although they claim an "epic story" so let's see ,p

There was a time in my life where I really liked games that took 4 hours to just figure out what was going on. Depth is great. I didn't have a job back then.
But I'll give this one a shot ;)
--- Quote ---I'm sure there's some sort of fun, engaging game in there, but it feels like it's locked behind a 50 foot high wall with razor wire along the top. I've heard that the next X incarnation is supposed to be more streamlined and easier to get in to. Of course, I'm fairly certain they've been saying that about each release so far...

And they may well have been speaking truly: it could have been 500 feet high with randomly moving slicing lasers instead of razorwire :)
And asteroids that make you go splat.

I just spent last night getting MOO2 working on 64-bit Windows 7. Yup, still a fun game.

I'm thinking that it's because I rarely have more than an hour at a time to play a game. Is it possible to "get" X in relatively short sessions?

I played X3:TC for over 60 hours, wanting so hard to love it, but in the end, it just turned out to be an EVE Online without players. Which was insanely boring.
