Gratuitous Tank Battles

In Gratuitous Space Battles the best strategy seemed to be stacking 1 overpowered weapon with 1 overpowered ship type. Very unfortunate.  :'( That game could have been much better. I think balance problems were the only downside.

Unfortunately GTB suffers the same problem.

My last battle for I gave up the need to play it was when I was on defense. I had troops dug in. A heavy mech came. "Hold the line men!" I imagined the major shouting.

A missile comes.

Another missile, another squad gone.

I think they had MK V missiles  ;)
