Thanks, dudes.

Apologies for cluttering here with bugs - as a n00b I was not sure if they were bugs, or had already been resolved, etc., so thought it better to clarify before posting them in the proper place.

- This was something fixed before 3.060 to my knowledge, are you playing on 3.060 or the 3.080 series, or something older?
Ah probably this is resolved then.  I didn't notice it again last night.

Quote
- There are some issues with this at the moment, yes, in 3.080 series only.  Unless you're talking about a different issue.
I think this is probably the same.   Thanks.

Quote
- This is a known issue at the moment, not sure why that started happening but it was sometime in the post 3.016 timeframe.
Ah ok thanks.  Doesn't seem to stop / hinder anything functional so I'm not that bothered about it.

- This was a known issue in betas around 3.040, but hasn't been an issue since that I know of.  If you're playing on the 3.080 series, this could be an issue with the new way that target selection is being combined.
Yeah I'm playing on 3.08X I think (updated last night).  For what it's worth, I was using the "non sniper focus fire" node.  If I see a repeat I'll report it properly with my version.

Oh wait I just responded "further on this particular thread about those various bugs ", haha, sorry.  Ignore them for now, apart from my thanks, and I'll report any more info etc. in the right place.

Re the 'cloaking master' - one of the AI has mostly cloaked ship types, it seems.  Would that be what he is?

If you're getting wave after wave of autocannons, etherjets, raptors, etc, then definitely.  Invest in decloakers!

I have a noob Q.  Is there a way to spread my supply to a planet?  In other words, can I "skip" an AI planet, and build a base behind their lines?

Not without taking a planet and constructing a command station there. That will provide supply to all adjacent supply-eligible planets.

In other words, yes.  You can build a command station anywhere on the map and it will provide supply to adjacent planets. But there is no way to extend supply short of capturing a planet. Thenimportant note is that you are not forced into taking planets all in a chain or anything close.
