AI Wars

If you noticed, there's an extra s after the "War" I was just wondering why we didn't include that "s" as that would bring a kinda different meaning.

Well, I think that having the "s" makes it sound fairly cheesy, personally.  There's not a deep meaning behind that.

Why isn't it called Risks?  Or Diplomacies?  Or Chesses?  :P

Cannon-wise, you only defeat the AI once. Not many times, so its just one war. You just happen to be playing that same war in many slightly different dimensions  ;)

Well, no offense to those guys.  Obviously they thought there was something wrong with "AI War" or they would have named their games that.  It's all down to taste, etc.

it's not just an "s", it's an "s" after the "war", which is pretty common (star wars anyone?)

But its our war, not theirs!

You could call it "Repeated Wars for The Survival of Humanity in Many Dimensions of Space and Time" if you want an accurate title  :D

Yeah, I thought that myself as I wrote it. (The first bit, I mean, about it not actually being their war; not your more accurate title - that genius is yours alone!)

Maybe in the sequel the player could control some pan-galactic super-intelligent alien threat which was occupying all the AI's time during the first game. Then "AI's War" would actually make sense, and be quite poignant. Although less so now that I've given away the surprise. Oh well, throw that one in the bin then!  ;)

war is one time thing over a long period of time, in case of the ai, this is full rebellion in the whole galaxy over a super long period of time, and has many wars or "battles"
