For example, if I say a cloth is wet, there are really varying degrees of moisture volume. What if you describe a woman as beautiful? Well, there are varying degrees of that, too.
And so it is for being evil. They can be evil by definition without being as offensive as a despot, and there is nothing about the English language that requires me to quantify.

You do make a valid point. That is the English language for you. Can say something, and has 10 different meanings.

actually the state "wet" is binary, it can only bet wet or not, it can not be more wet. (though physically it most assuredly can) ;p But we not speaking physics we are speaking language, and a wet towel will always be wet to anyone.
Evil on the other hand is no state, its a subjective opinion which means that someones evil is someone else's good.
But i can assure you that everyone will agree that water is wet. Water can not be "not wet" ;p
Point being
Stardock sucks for seeling impulse and lying about how good a sellout it is.
Impulse sucks because its pwned by Gamestop
Gamestop sucks because its Gamestop
To bring this discussion down to a much lower less philosophical level.

Sort of. But that is simplistic, because wet is an adjective, and that's why English allows adverbs. You are talking about the property of being wet, but you are ignoring the word as an adjective. Wet also allows different suffixes, such as wetter. I would agree that something either has water or it doesn't, but it's perfectly valid English. If you were to retrieve a wet towel, and I were to ask you to make it wetter, if you only allow a state machine, that has no meaning but clearly in English it does.

Wow. Steam exclusive. Brad does have an above-average capacity for eating crow.
