Hey, you can make good 30 second games! Such a thing is possible.

You could make five second games. But someone already does this:

Admittedly, when a game is less then a minute, you can only make it so complex.

I've tried playing the various Warioware titles, but I don't have enough ADD for those games, though many of my friends seem to enjoy them. Now, Half-Minute Hero? There's a quality sub-one minute game.
