Zenith space-time?

A game me and my friend are playing, i unlocked the zenith S-T so i could move my fleet around to defend our mutiple fronts. i made 2 of them from my home to the way we want to push
to speed up reinforcements. does it achully help?
It sais it increases all your ships, but my how much? is it a set value or a %. and does it stack/how does it stack?

They do stack up yes. I don't really know how much they speed % wise, but it's an increase you can see. Just look at the worlds without them and compare how much slower the ships move in them.

if you move your mouse on one of your ships and read the description, you can see if your ships have gained a speed boost and how much (in numbers, not in %). And yes, they do stack.
Note that Logistic command stations also drastically increase your (and decrease enemies their) movement speed, especially the Mk 3 ones.
