AI War Strategy Discussion / Doom Grind

it seems that last time i did doom it is much more of grind with the core as it use to be. no it really hard. its nearly impossible without handicaps, and lower difficulty significantly. never use to be that hard, i don't know why but i  just cant even make first hr. when it was only ZR, i was able to survive for 37 hrs turtling against core and special forces caption then it got to hard since most tech was behind mrk 3 wormhole planet with dyno sphere that hostile to all -_- but that beside point what am i doing wrong, and it seems that for you to survive doom you need to follow an opener that relys on heavy defense, when usually i could taken at lease 3 planets by first 3 hrs. (dont want AIP to get to high). wondering if you have anytips on getting past first AI wave of 300 core ships with 2 spires, and 500 mark 2 ships -_-, it never use to be that high, :D 9 not as bad but i want to get god like out way, and could have if updates didnt happen all time where they change maps and all :D

i was versing Ai type with counter post on most of it planet. and i was thinking after tanking one and losing system. i was thinking that with counter post if you sure you cant take planet out while defending from wave. is you could neuter planet your taking then used few star ships to take out guard post, then have rest of your fleet take wave out. i know that its longer but much safer as when i tried hit an run tactic most of my fleet got destroyed. and this is for planet higher than mark 2 or planet where raid star ships are less likely to get pass and do enough damage.

Ahh question has anyone ever got Exo-Galactic warp post on ai planet and ever used them for reinforcement? because i have an idea on how to effectively use them.

AI War / Global speed limit

what changes are made to global speed limit. is it set at 150 for fleet ships? can i boost anything above it? i didn't have time to check and figure it out myself.

 i never capture any because i don't play anything above 15 planets mostly. and can u turn them off as when you don't need there services, (stop AIP reduction). because eventually you lose the system because amount ships pouring out? i want to know if there easy way of stoping AIP reduction or ships spawning so i don't lose the system but still have it ready when i need AIP to go down eg low power when no need ~10 AIP. and when i use an warhead i activate for maybe 45 secs to keep it at ~10. so is there anyway of doing this without destroying the commands station or does it have to be done to stop AIP reduction frankly i hardly ever seen one.

i just was able to start play AI war again when it 4.0 i quite like the settings i personally prefer the lower ship caps. what do you prefer and why. i don't like ship cost tho D:

AI War / ai Core force feilds

well at the look at them they are very hard to defeat especially when u are in 10 planets where it either defense and nukes & warheads or offense. they are immune to emp so disabling them wont work and bombers are going to die if it has high amount of units and there mostly core so nuking em wont work :D. one finale word is this worth it if you are low on e com after you do so would with trader ticked would purchasing an shield inhibitor would that disable the core force fields as they are different type force field or wont work for some reason. also what happen to mark 4 force field where did that go D: there 1,2,3,5 D:

AI War / negative income

well i don't really understand the effects of having negative income. all i see is that stuff takes longer. so i got limited crystal and i have 76 thousand metal. it at -200 per second. is there any more penalty in doing something like this where i have like 25 crystal left. with -600? will it cause wastage of metal or is that not wastage? i just want to clarify when having negative income> what does it do when u run out. as building takes longer. but does it cause wastage as building it longer means more usage of my income>?

AI War / Sniper turrets

i didn't really know where to put this but.
my problem is that with sniper turrets (spiders) i made them prioritize bombers in early start in game. but now i want them to attack anything since there no more need and due to this problem 300 ships where allowed to get pass my Ring of Death (Basic + MRS Turret Capped) near the worm hole and they went for my command station. i just want the turrets to attack anything they can not bombers anymore since they aren't the problem know since i got 3X shield booster 2 mrk 1 shields MRS other stuff . and i simply want there prioritize to be reset any way in doing so without destroying the turrets? as currently low on Credits :D. mind u the bombers are Core + 145 Core Frigates and yes it is that AI.
hope some one can tell me what to do to get them doing what they did when they where first made.

AI War / Spider turrets + it concentrate fire node

Do Spider turrets benefit from concentrate fire nodes, or do they only benefit when they are in low groups like 5 thus anything more is engine over-kill? So should I avoid it.
Also what about mobile ship concentrate fire?
Is it like 1 ship type goes around attacking one ship or something like that so example bombers attacking fighters. Or can it benefit some ships like laser gattling ships?

Post your strategies and post a name for with it.

Electric Shuttle Soup
Get you electric shuttles + MRS towards enemy command post. Set off the Guards then just sit it out until they stop when they do reset them off. Or instead of damaging you go around with units that guards will pursue then lead them towards the command station.

Cloaked Deep Striking
Send all units with cloaked to be on low power mode. Send the units to target enemy command station.
While the units are cloaked unless they are tacyoned then the wont be tractor beamed or damage by enemy units as they won’t reveal them self.

well what do you think
if you do this:
you go back to save ur GF from dying But no matter what you cant change it.

you time travel back in time before you go into the room.
you then baricade the room from stoping your self from getting into room
but it fails.

you go back intime to suicide your self as being murded is an larger payout from insurance for your family and you want to die
but shot miss and you spend some time in prision for attempted murder.

you go back in time to shag brittney, but when you do you then dont have an recall of the event as it never happen

you go back in time to stop ur parents from shaging as you are the brother of some one like hitler that massed killed alot.
but it fails. (it was motive)

so what u think imposible for anything other than sight seeing and you where sent by force? as since it not the reason you are in the past thus meaning what ever done stays that way>?

well idea is to leave an gap big enought to not cause AI ships to telliport as the exit is covered by worm hole.
then they just stuck untill they target the force feild by that time they are damaged and killed.

does warp jammers in this scenario stop wraps being done to your home planet. as an example you got an planet that has one worm hole entrance. and then you place the jammer on that planet that on that exit worm hole on the other side. will it work and prevent waps being done to the planet and can only be done by CPA? or will it send them on the other side of the jammer and get through + also black hole geny would this help with the jammer? as an excellent combo of death with heavy laser mrk 3? defending black hole machine under all the mark shields and jammer? in early start of  the game? like 2-4hrs in>?>? and would this be an cheaper solution to destroying key area warp gates near the eg Golem? or is it yust an ussless peice of wasted units of credits>? or something well worth it>?
