AI War / Next AI War Expansion?

Not to be "that guy" because I understand that most of your attention is probably focused on AVWW right now, but... I'm gonna go ahead and be that guy! 
Are we still looking at having a new expansion for the 2nd quarter of this year, or is that off the table? What sort of scope is planned for it? Is it going to be a CoN-like micro-expansion, or more of a LotS-like paradigm shift? Any major changes planned that could use some airing out or brainstorming sessions within the community? Can I presume the recent pre-releases are getting things tidied up in preparation for new groundwork to be laid i.e. possibly a new starship line? Will keith start dry heaving and speaking in tongues when he sees this thread?
