AI War / Neinzul Hybrid and Shield

From the exodus of the machine thread:

I manage to reproduce the issue I mentioned with THREE neinzul hybrids in a galaxy with only barely 3 digits total AI ships. Even better I got a save game and a video recording. The blue AI's champion did this a bit but not as bad.

The neinzul hybrids was briefly out of range for maybe one and half second. Not a serious issue but I see it happens fairly often I thought it was worth a look at.

Champion shield is the easiest way to reproduce it. However I have seen it happens with normal stationary shield as well.

A Valley Without Wind 1 & 2 / Weird Red Lines

Sometime I will load a building or whatever. I will see that enemy npc have a white line showing when they are not aware of my presence and I have a picture of two bosses with red lines targeting me.

I am pretty sure I am not supposed to see those lines. I don't EVER use tab targeting period. I find that mouse aiming is sufficient for my needs.

I don't have a reliable way of reproducing this issue. It has been on and off for a while since I own AVWW. As soon I killed the entire room and move to the next it was gone.

AI War / Final Spire Shard in a bad place: Need tips

It seem odd that I have a bad luck steak!? First the 50k dark spire ships roaming; then the final shard spawned in a bad place.

First off. Notice where my highlighted solar system in northwest direction from Murdoch.

Now for the solar system itself with final spire shard. It is a bit heavy on defending. Core warhead interceptor, level 3 fortress, blackhole, two warp gates, and an angry neighbor if I went in with brutal force.

I have 4 spire city hub in each deadend hub and one spire city hub with a galactic hub in zarde. So as a result I have quite large army. I have MK5 engineer (Not that I need them hahah), MK5 bulletproof fighter, MK5 tackle drone launcher, stealth spire battleship MK2, gravity ripper MK 2, spire starship (the one that built like a roit starship), regenerate golem and finally a botnet golem.

I should notice the AI in this game seem to love zenith reprocessor/spire blade spawner which are sadly both zombified immune.

Unfortunely for me I see two more ARS I could try to hack but they are on the opposite side of the universe in caow general area and most golem are also southeast with a few northeast.

Should I take varnumar and start work on put a large amount of turrets (They would be quite exposed should the rocketry enclave launch an emp warhead) in there or stay in zarde and try to skip ahead?

How do you deal with fallen spire ships once they spawn past critical mass? How do you take and hold a solar system with fallen spire without losing it? Do neinzul expiring (as opposite to dying to combat fire) contribute to reaching critical mass? Do allies ship dying contribute to reaching critical mass? Do wasps from hive golem dying contribute to reaching critical mass?

Do having regenerate golem in system prevent dying ships from contribute to reaching critical mass?

I had a game where dark spire was crushing my CPU with 50k roaming warships (10k spawned in a 16 min timeframe). That was on 5/10 dark spire and the exo-galactic fallen spire war fleet could not even break through the roaming dark spire ships to reach to me. Dark Spire ships were even attempting to take pot shots at a fortress in an AI core homeworld?! Although it was fairly suicidal for them however they had the number to keep the pressure on forever.

I was stuck and I could not expand outward without some serious firepower. My frontier planet has a dark sphere + spire city hub (Can't pick another solar system for spire city hub because of roaming dark sphere ships) I can kill and hold that one solar system even if it spawn 100 dark spire ships each 1 min. The presence of fortress and spire city hub guns, lot of neutral neinzul guardian, and last a hive golem keep it under control.

If dark spire already reached critical mass what can you do to keep them under control?

I attached the game and BEWARE you will lag a lot. I was very close with getting a 5th spire city hub for the spire victory. The colony ship is already built just need a way to hold the isolated solar system with spire city hub free of dark spire ships.

I was moving my golems to defend one of my spire city under attack and I don't recall much else about the game before it crashed.

AI War Technical Support / Unable to Register Impulse CD Keys on Steam

I was able to registered my Zenith CD key on my steam account. However it said that for base game cd, the cd key is a duplicate already in used.

For the other 2 cd key they just say please active the base game first blah blah.

I am not sure what to do in this case. Since I would like to register my base game.
