I like the current tool tips, but I will say sometimes they are hard to read quickly, as in that I have to scan over them a few times to find what I want. Color coding the current tooltips would be a simple and effective way to increase readability.
 
For example:
damage and ammo = red
range = orange
engine stuff = yellow
health= green
modifiers = blue

* There's this big red error message in the top right that sometimes pops up when I zoom in on a fallen spire city that doesn't actually seem to do anything but is really annoying.
* Small ships bumping big ships or structures.
* I think there used to be a crash when I quit a game (but didn't close the program) and then tried to... enter the lobby again? load a saved game?... anyway, it seems like it might be gone now.

Those are the things I've noticed, from most annoying to least annoying.

Incase you still have problem #1, I have found that replacing the images for that structure with that of another removes that problem. You copy the pictures from FallenSpire_SpireShipyard into the city folder. Your city will look like a shipyard, but no errors.  :D

*Nomination: Neizul ships only fill 1 regeneration chamber, leave the rest empty

*Nomination: Regeneration golem  doesnt respawn tractor beam ships

*Nomination: Spire building tool-tips hard to understand. (Wtf are reactors for?Do they power 1 thing or a shipyard and a habitation center?)

*Nomination: Ai difficulty 1-5 are useless.
 
I don't know if it counts as a bug but some re balancing would be nice.

I think things with active tractor beams are immune to reclamation/regeneration because of the huge number of bugs that caused.

Oh, well that would explain it. I hope it gets fixed soon.

I think I may have found a bug with this release(or maybe I just didn't notice it before). This bug involves regeneration golems and ether-jet tractors. After 2 or so big battles with my regeneration golem, etherjet tractors are the only ships being rebuilt by space docks, as if the golem is not re-spawning them. Bug or intended?

From what you are saying, I understand that vengeance generators only get "spawn points" from ships dying on the same planet. Is this correct?
I seem to have a vengeance generator which has spawned stuff, even when the planet had nothing die on it. Could nearby waves cause this?

 EDIT: Reading wiki says  "near the same planet" - so does it have 2 planet collection radius?

Quick question: Will it fix the enclaves in my current game? I have around 90 now and they cause lots of lag.
I also want to say that they seem a little OP, as they just go on sprees clearing half the planets on my map(6 strength).

I'm pretty sure that this is a limitation of the UI.

One of the stated goals is to keep AI War playable on a 1024x768 screen resolution and I don't think there is space for any more ships then that.

Even if that is the case, I'd prefer the ship lists to just clip off the edge of the screen than lose a bonus ship.  Either way, you get a flaky behavior (this clipping, or one of the bonus ship types just disappears), but just dropping a bonus ship impacts any one who encounters this, while the clipping would only impact those with low res displays.
This would work. Best case we will get a scroll bar in everything.

I don't know if this is related, but when you que up ships in a dock and put them on a loop you can only put about ~10 things on the que. If you want to add more you have to get rid of other things.

Metal/Crystal Manufactories:
These need some improvements to their AI. When you have very large eco  (and very large M/C income disparity), the rate at which they turn on/off becomes too low.
Also, it would be nice to have a togglable "auto/manual" setting, so that you can permanently turn some manufactories on.
Their efficiecy is absolutely fine, but a 2-5x Increase of scale might also be helpful.

I second the motion that M/C manufactories are bad later into the game. The ai needs to act faster OR switch more at a time based on how many you have. Advanced manufactories with like 10X more production and 10X more drain(10 in one)(25X or more could be unlockable?) would prevent me from having to make 300 of them.
