the sprite seems wonky when i zoom in and out, though maybe it's just me. It seems to grow and shrink at a very different pace from the spire ships around it.
I also noticed that the spire dreadnoughts do the same, so maybe it's just designed to do that. I suppose the ginormous sprite when zoomed out, and relatively small sprite when zoomed in (but before it switches to the detailed view) threw me off enough to think it was a bug.

Clearly it has eaten too much spirelings or something.
The sprite grows and shrinks when i zoom in and out, trying to retain it's size.

AI War Technical Support / Hybrid hive modules going loco

So i have this game i'm about an hour into and after reloading i notice that in a system named Loco there are 6 enemies. so i go there, nothing on the sidebar and all i see is shots coming from empty space. zooming really close i see 6 turret modules from a neinzul hybrid hive shooting the place up. I'm unsure how that happened and when, but i figure something went wrong during the load when a hybrid hive was about to warp over or something to that effect.

Yeah maybe i should reconsider getting glasses after all.
Another thing that would be nice to know is how many other ships can it boost?

Hey, new player here.
Bought AI war over the christmas sale on steam and i've logged some 120 hours of gametime since then, awesome game with incredible replay value.

So I browsed both the wiki and this forum for an hour or two and i can't seem to find an answer to a simple question that should be in the tooltip:
The attack power boost of the light starships and the like, how big a boost is it exactly?
And if it's shown somewhere in the game itself, where?
