AI War Technical Support / Bugs ?

Hi, I'm from Germany and can hardly speak English, this text has been created using a translation program.
Matrimonial I wanted to write, since my update, but after several problems I have not changed just my 2 problems with the game because I have to report the suspect they are bugs.
I noticed that the health of "Deloy Drone" over previous (version 5) is very weak.
According to the description
"Tough, high-health with no significant vessel guns. Attracts fire from enemy ships all to itself in place of ships within its protection area."
200 000 Health's but is very, very low and not high. They are destroyed very quickly.
The second thing surprises me in the game, the stage IV planet. You always have Level V (Core) that relates to the guards and everything else.
It is at level 1 AI (sandbox) as well as at level 10
