Summary0012877: Add ability to "tag" missions on city map
DescriptionI find myself looking at the city map and trying to plan which missions I want to do a lot -- and I do it over and over again every few missions. I'll be in a situation where there's a few factories that I cannot access yet on one side, and a lion's den mission on the other side, and it'd be very helpful if I could mark these so I remember what I was planning between levels and sessions.

My suggestion is to add another button on the left side (or somewhere else) that enables "tag mode" or something, which places a graphic (say, a green circle outline) on any mission icon that you click.

Alternately (and probably a better suggestion), shift-clicking could place this icon as well, and a line could be added to the city map help somewhere describing this functionality.

Upon clearing a tagged mission, the graphic would automatically be removed.

For 1.011:

* On the city map you can now right-click a not-yet-completed mission to "tag" it (shows a little blue-green circle around the mission icon) for your future reference. The tag persists across save/load, and until the mission is either completed, destroyed, or you un-tag it by right-clicking again.

Thanks :)
