| Description | Cause only good way to make cash is battles I suggest to implement something like galactic bank which could add 5-10% more to your credits in the end of year. It can occur when for example 3 factions become star travelling. Moreover you can attack bank convoys but bank will send entire fleet after you. Maybe bribing leaders by bank's agents? Or it can be independet politcal machine which can cause wars or can manipulate trade and resources? | ||||

Yes, I would like to see this in the game, and if a planets Stock Market falls or goes up the interest rate changes. |

This is something that I think would be super fun for the first expansion, where we can really devote the time to building it out and doing it right, with a lot of functionality to it. |

If you don't repay your loans, they fund your enemies fleets :) Had to borrow a game of thrones reference. Also banking crash of course, might see you lose money, or someone try to embezzle it for themselves which you can stop? Just trying to throw in ideas that would make it more balanced. Some races might have relations tied to the bank, (or try to gain influence over the bank) The skylaxians and the acutians spring to mind, if they gain majority shares in the bank they can bend it to their own use, of course if you go this route, the player should be allowed to take actions to win it back, or kick them out. |
