Summary0014510: Solar Map: Peltians And Skylaxians Are At War For No Obvious Reason?
DescriptionThis is mostly a UI clarity/consistency issue I think.

The race relation details for both Skylaxians and Peltians claim both races are at war (and they really do engage with each other on the solar map), but the respective diplomacy screens do not indicate the other side as "At War".

Additionally it is possible to make the Skylaxians gift military tech to the Peltians in this situation. This just makes no sense in my book.
