| Description | A randomly selected planet will give about 2-3k resources per month to the player, split across the different types. But you don't really have any need for resources other than Xenotime - at least, you don't need them in the quantities provided by an entire planet. Unlike AI races, the Hydral planets will not exchange resources for buildings or activate special bonuses. The only opportunity cost is that you cannot perform Property Dispatches, but it's almost always a mistake to perform a Property Dispatch in Betrayal mode anyway because then you aren't researching a technology or bombing an enemy planet. By selling raw resources, you can convert your 2-3k resources per month per planet into 1-1.5k credits per month per planet. Using this strategy, I can upgrade all my fleets to 100 base power before capturing any other planets, then spend credits on scientists to rapidly gain technology. Once I control 3 planets and have researched every technology unlocked by that game year, I then attack and defeat all 5 surviving races simultaneously. | ||||

You're probably right, but what is the solution: -Reduce the value of the raw resource? No, the black market scams you already. -Reduce the income of raw resources? Depending on the situation, you can have more rseources of a type than you need and vice versa (12perm xeno ,1125perm Terbium). (or im the only one that build stuff to boost the RCI) -Forbid you to sell raw resource on your own and instead to use freighters? ... -Lowering the value of resources, if you sell tons of the same type(the prcie goes up again if you wait)? ... Well or just ignore me because im not playing the game right. (I love to play with my prey) Edit: sry for bad english trying my best with google translet. |
