Suggestion: Planetary Tachyon Beam Emitter
- require unlocking of the Stealth TBE.
- cap: between 3 and 6.
- range: between 30,000 and 50,000
- Knowledge: between 2,000 and 4,000
- Stealth.

Reminders:
- Decloaker tachyon range is 20,000, K-cost is 1,000 and cap is 4.
- Fortress attack range is 53,000.

There is already a planetary tachyon emitter with a 6-per-galaxy cap: Military Command Station Mk 3

I might be interested in something I can put down before capturing a world, though. Perhaps this should be "Decloaker 2"?

... wait, does anyone ever use Tachyon Drones or Decloaker Starships?
