Summary0002334: Dyson Sphere balance
DescriptionFor me on diff 7, all the dyson sphere currently does is
* block 1 planet for taking
* alarm all planets connected to that one fron the beginning of the game, producing a roadblock if you find it to late

some time ago, after you freed the sphere you would have the planet and all the adjacent planets free of AI activity.

The gatlings are currently much to fragile in my eyes.
Even on a neutered T2 planet with 20 units and one guardian, a gatling killed only one unit before being killed itself. These units were faster reinforced than the gatlings were coming (at AIP 0000217:0000200).
On T3 and higher planets, they die near instantly. Especially since fortresses eat them for lunch.

In addition, if the AI has camouflaged ships on the planet, the gatlings just stand around.

* Dyson gatling attack has been doubled, and health has also been doubled. Fear these.
