| Summary | 0002868: "Abandoned" Hybrid Hive Modules (Just floating there) | ||||||||
| Description | They're effectively turrets, but disappear in far zoom (making it look like shots come from no where) and are not auto-targeted in any fashion, as if they're hybrid modules that somehow got disconnected from their parent ship. | ||||||||

A save game demonstrating this behavior would be better. It is sort of hard to analyze the internal state of these "lost modules" by a picture alone. |

Was late, I have a save, I just was headed to bed to bother digging it up. |

This is still an issue. |

I currently have this problem in a running 2 player game. 2 seperate planets in which there are non-attatched hybrid modules shooting ships and have yet to find a way to kill them. Bothersome as they kill ships in traveling lanes. I shall upload a save to this ticket. [Guardia] and [I told you] are the planet names. Simply zoom in to see them. This is with the latest beta patch at this time. |

For 5.032: * Fixed a regrettably longstanding bug where it was possible for modules (notably hybrid modules) to become "stranded" without a parent ship and to basically act as somewhat buggy (and, recently, the non-forcefield ones are now invinicible) turrets. Sorry it took so long, but thanks :) |
