|Description||AI Time Dilation MKV Super Fabricator|
+ This device allows the creation of ANY mark V ship whether you have unlocked it or not, instantly, but at the same resource cost as normal. (hence the time dilation part)
* Since this is obviously over powered, it must come at some heavy cost to the player...
-/+ This device was designed for the rapid deployment of forces, it creates new wormholes to all other adjacent planets (if they didn't exist before) to allow rapid deployment to take place.
- There must also be a planetary link back to your homebase for the device to remain operational. Once powered up it cannot be turned off unless this link is broken.
* Must be powered up / engineer captured, no progress is gained by not doing this
- AIP will raise by 50% of your current progress on activation
- AIP will grow by 20 every minute the device is active
- AI should attempt to cut the planetary link and / or assault the Device.
- It should trigger a CPA and Exo Galactic attack

MkV is reserved for the AI, it's not to be given to humans fully no matter what.

|Then it'd be practically pointless as I'm sure most of us keep a ton of engineers near the Adv Fac so it already spits units out as fast as our economy allows.|

I am afraid this sort of makes a mute point, not my reply (at least that is not what I am aiming at :)), but the idea.
You get some units that most likely will be OP in the hands of the human, and in return be hit with such penalties they may OP-hurt you(aka: game over).
