This is not confirmed by me.

Turrets in my game built normally. I did run out of resources faster due to the higher costs however.

I've quit that specific game, but I think I was running on Normal Ship Caps and Normal Combat type.

Hm, seems to be affecting both me and the host in this game. Have not restarted to try another game.

EDIT: I can finish them in a solo game.

It looks like they complete, but their health doesn't go all the way up to full.

Well we actually tested them, and the tractor turrets did not function. Unless we didn't give them enough time to finished after the health got to 50%, but I thought we did.

What did it say for the percent complete on them in their tooltips? Can you post a save of this if it's still doing that?

Don't have a save, sorry. The hover-over window showed 50%, and their health points were at half the max value as well. We will test this again on Tuesday maybe.

Ok -- thanks. I'll keep an eye out for it, but I suspect resources were bottomed out or something. That's very odd.

Oh, I meant to ask -- for this specifically, what was the ship cap scale you were using?

I could not see his resources at the time, so I don't know what they were like (but I highly doubt he did not check his own resources). I tried as well, and got the same issue (I had resources in the bank). He actually made the comment that it still seemed like resources were being drained.

We never saw this in a manner we could duplicate, but we strongly suspect this is fixed in 3.708. If not, please let us know and we can re-open it.
