0000418: Chat History tab in stats window.

Description

Right now there's no way to see the chat history. Rather than making an obscure button in the main view, lets make a new tab in the stats window.

(0000638) x4000 (administrator) Oct 11, 2010 10:32 am	Along with this, let's get rid of the chat button on the left sidebar of the galaxy map, and make it so that chats always show through on the galaxy map as normal (holding alt already makes those disappear).

Those messages do not persist into a savegame, so when you load a game this log will be blank. * Removed the message-log buttons from the rest of the GUI.
