| Summary | 0004912: Ambient music lost when going back to the world map (Engine exception) | ||||||||
| Description | Yay, my first bug report! :) After full exploration of a rare commodity tower, I teleported back to the region entrance and went back to the world map. I got "ErrorReportedByEngine" (or something like that) into the ingame log window, and the music didn't start. It was a short game session, I would say 20 minutes. The error seems to be the following (from output_log, attached to the issue) : NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at GameAmbientTrack+<LoadMusicAsyncInner>c__Iterator1.MoveNext () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 (Filename: Line: -1) I tried to reproduce it several times, but no success. It is my first engine error, and I'm playing since the first public beta (quite a lot of hours, and I'm loving it!). Good luck with this one! :) | ||||||||

This is a toughie, because it looks like it's actually part of the unity engine that's triggering the issue. If there are any steps to repro, that would be something we could hunt on more, but aside from that I think it's one of those freak coincidence things that will almost never happen but which we can't directly address since it's in the underlying engine... Thanks for the report, though! |

Fine with me. In any case, if I get more info on this, I'll keep you informed. |
