Summary0006014: Invincibility with frequent room transition
DescriptionI've found that if I transition between chunks/rooms/caves/etc a couple of times: when it should give me no invincibility (been in chunk <10 seconds ago) it instead gives me permanent invincibility. In fact all monsters don't seem to even see me there. I can cast spells and do whatever I like, though I did notice that the health spawns and other pickups will not fly to me, but do get picked up if I walk through them.

I'm on a Mac and using the Dev window to capture footage for the trailer, though I don't imagine that would affect this (though in hindsight it's incredibly helpful ;) ).

Saw that this is a duplicate of another issue, not sure if this additional information helps.

Single player

And I should mention the invincibility ends when I leave for a different chunk.

Ah, okay. And actually, given that this was 0.578 you're reporting it on, it might be that the fix in 0.579 to the other issue also fixes this one.

Gotcha. I'll resubmit the issue if I still find the problem after update.

Yeah, the bug is incredibly useful in getting into interesting situations for video capture, so I am holding off for the moment until I can grab a few shots that would otherwise take me much longer to capture.

The issue sounds incredibly similar to the other report, so I'm confident you guys are on top of it.
