| Summary | 0006057: Reach Depth 3 in Ocean Shallows unlockable doesn't seem to work | ||||||||
| Description | I just reached depth 3[1] in an Ocean Shallows region and didn't get the unlock. Attaching the world file. [1] At least, I *think* I'm at depth 3; maybe this information should be displayed somewhere? I'm pretty sure I went through two "to lower dungeons" doors, and reaching depth 3 was my primary goal for this painstaking ocean spelunking session (aside from finding a secret mission, which also didn't work out due to 0006055) | ||||||||

You are definitely at depth 3, according to the region map. |

Doh! I forgot all about the region map. |

That's ok, I would have gone in to check it anyway. :) Either way though, it's a bug. |

Okay, I've just put in the following two changes: * Because of persistent confusion about dungeon depth, the depth is now shown in the escape menu when it is not zero. This way people can tell for sure if they have reached the depth at which they are supposed to be in order to complete an unlockable. * The actual region type name is now shown in the escape menu, as well as the flavor-text region name that was previously shown. You were definitely at depth 3... but not in an ocean shallows region. You were in an ocean region, instead, which is not the same. Hopefully the changes above will help avoid this confusion in the future for others, because it would have been an easy mistake to make! |
