0006143: Building plan said there was portal, but no portal.

Description

This is pretty small, but I figured I'd put it up here.

The building plan said there was portal in the room (stairwell) but there wasn't. (as you can see on the top left of the picture)

It was a secret mission boss tower if that changes anything.
