| Description | Having large expanses of open ocean being without wind takes away visually (and emotionally) from the small patches of relative safety brought by settlements and shelters. Instead of shelters being the only safe place, it looks like everyone should just get on a boat and live in the ocean where there aren't monsters. | ||||||||

You could actually have one long mystery that discuses the NPC ever changing world as the new versions come out. "We used to have a good, high perspective on things, but then everything seemed to just flatten out" "We thought the world went on forever, with only small lakes here and there. Then, we found the ocean. What could possibly be out there?" "The lava flats never were that hospitable, but where did all these dinosaurs come from?!" |
