| Summary | 0000719: manufactories are not staying paused when your economy is hitting rock bottom |
| Description | I think these need to be rebalanced anyways. The trade-off of giving 12 to get eight doesn't make sense at extremely low resource values, especially below 100. You can be losing 5% of your resources per second at such values. It actually can create a situation at really low resources where the give and take is so fast between scarce resources that you end up losing everything by arbitrage.
I suggest having a critical value where these manufactories kick-in, but they certainly should not be coming unpaused immediately after pausing them.
