| Description | Repro: 0) With a wind shelter scroll, and a continent full of stormy tiles 1) Walk next to a deep sea port, to a location that should be invalid to place a windshelter 2) Attempt to use the windshelter scroll Result: The mission spawns. Expected: The error message for invalid location appears. | ||||||||
