0007470: Add Shared Enchant Container gains for online players only.

Description

Currently there are 2 options only for Enchant Container sharing:

- No share
- Share with all accounts (offline or online)

With my server having almost/over 200 accounts, with the sharing option on, our players have experience quite a bit of lag issues (mini lag spikes) whenever a Enchant Container is picked up.

My suggestion is to have a 3rd option, "Shared Enchant Container progress for online ppl only", which maybe would cause less lag? (Not sure)

We like the shared progress, but only for those online, it may enhance the co-op experience.
