| Summary | 0008013: Illumination Enchantment Tweak | ||||||||
| Description | It would be recommended to switch slots for the Illumination (Minor, Major) enchantment to be equipped to the head slot instead of the Torso slot. It's really inconvenient to have to keep switching it out because of how useful it is. I also advise making it purchasable so that it cannot be lost easily. | ||||||||

I know I can't be rid of things like the Ball of Light Spell, which still can be used as a static light source. This suggestion doesn't defeat the use of other light sources, it merely makes the Illumination enchant more flexible with enchantment combinations. |

I think the head slot is pretty much reserved for only the enhance seeking items. Also, you can eventually find torso enhances that have the light enhancement on them in addition to their normal function, so you wouldn't need to switch them out. That being said, I kind of like that you have to choose between the convienience of an always on light-source and the extra defense/etc of another body slot. If you could equip it on your head, then there really wouldn't ever be a reason to not wear it. |

"I think the head slot is pretty much reserved for only the enhance seeking items." GauHelldragon is correct. There are enchants later that add illumination to other chest effects. Also, Illumination is not the only way to light rooms. |
