| Description | Hardened shield research isn't really worth it anymore. They're only sometimes better than normal shields, and cost more research for a mark. With FS and Ancient shadows adding modules that require regular shield research, the only reason to ever get them is if you desperately need the cap.
Solution: Add versions of the shield modules using hardened shield tech. Probably should have a lower armor rating than the static version, but it would at least make the lines closer to worthwhile. |
