A strange device constructed by an abnormally powerful Hybrid. It is emitting far stronger subspace waves than the previous "antagonizer" device. The Dyson Sphere appears to be... changing. Into what, we do not know. This structure will only spawn if the Hybrid minor faction is enabled.
