Summary	0014210: Acutian CEO Planetcracker Buying Option missing text/throwing errors
Description	so, i'm wandering through various diplo options at the start of the game seeing whats theoretically possible/reading amusing text, and hitting the Send A Planetcracker option that one of the Actian departments(I sadly don't know which, since i restarted) offered resulted in angry FATAL ERROR messages in the top right of my screen, and no text showing up. Log file is attached, i think everything in there is the same error.
