Summary0003881: Allow the player to make notes on regions of interest.
DescriptionWhen the game starts out, this maybe isn't that useful. But, when there are 100s or even 1000s of regions it might be hard to keep track of the different things going on all over the map strategically, this would help keep track of those.

 Was going to post this myself but searched first, I for one would like to be able to mark notes on regions as well. My reason for this is for places like Pyramids and other large structures, if I only have a short time to play or I go to an area just to unlock the bonus resource, I will want to come back and check out the larger structures but when I return to my settlement and do things, the next time I load the game I may have forgotten where that Pyramid or whatever is.

 Perhaps a little tiny 'note' icon on the region, and then put the text in the right click description somewhere.

 It would also be nice if you could make a note global so all players on a server could see it, along with a private note that would just appear for you.

I sometimes play on my friend's server while he is out and about or asleep and would like to be able to leave him notes in case I found anything useful or interesting or stopped in a region before it was finished and could let him know to finish it when he hopped on. Then I would also love to have personal notes for myself that I don't necessarily need to display for everyone.

It would probably need an admin command to give or take access away to leaving global notes though or we'll have some minor griefing concerns that could occur on a public server.

If it would be too complex for a global and personal note system though, then just personal notes would be okay.
